  • SUNY Empire State College partners with Heartland ECSI to produce 1098-T Tuition Statements. Submit your consent to receive your 1098-T Tuition Statement electronically using the link below and following the step-by-step instructions. Look for SUNY Empire State College in the drop-down menu. If you do not submit your consent by January 1, your 1098-T form will be mailed to the current address on your student record. Forms are mailed by January 31.
