FREE Online Text to Speech: Natural Reader
By Andrea Piazza, Disability Specialist, Office of Accessibility Resources and Services
Do you have a lot of online reading to cover this summer? Or perhaps you want to learn a different tool that will help you when you have online reading to complete for your fall classes? Try Natural Reader.
This text-to-speech tool reads online recognized text, such as emails, accessible journal articles, web pages and e-books. Some students may benefit from having the text read out loud while simultaneously following along with the reading. Listening to your text while you read it may be helpful in retaining and processing the information.
