Helping students complete their courses and develop their academic skills are major goals of the Office of Academic Support. One of the ways in which we aim to achieve these goals is through our free tutoring and academic coaching for both undergraduate and graduate students. We are happy to report that students can now schedule their own appointments to work with a SUNY Empire State College learning coach via TracCloud our scheduling system. The following link can be used to schedule an appointment time that is convenient for the student:  https://traccloud.go-redrock.com/esc 

Students can also request to work with a peer tutor by emailing academic.support@esc.edu  

Peer tutors are current undergraduate students or alumni who tutor specific SUNY Empire courses that they have passed with a B+ or above. Peer tutors are only available for undergraduate courses at this time. 

In addition, students can use our supplemental online tutoring service TutorMe. Students are provided with two hours per week of free tutoring with TutorMe. TutorMe is available 24/7 and offers tutoring in a broad range of subject areas at hours when SUNY Empire State learning coaches are not available. Your weekly two-hour limit resets every Monday at 2:59AM EST. You can access TutorMe on a desktop, laptop, or tablet.
