Learning Contracts and Course Evaluations at SUNY Empire State College Are Going Green

SUNY Empire State College is changing the method used to inform students of Course Evaluations (CE), Learning Contracts (LC) and Learning Contract Outcomes (LCO). These documents will no longer be mailed; instead they will be available online, which is more efficient and “green.” As of May 29, all SUNY Empire State College students will be able to view all past CEs, LCs and LCOs via the ‘My Academic Documents’ website.

How students get to the website: MyESC > My Records > My Academic Documents Link (located in the My Academic Records box)

As you may know, the LC includes a description of your study and the CE includes the narrative evaluation. LCs are typically available to students at the start of the term while CEs are typically available six weeks after the close of the term.
