Live Stream Commencement Events Via the Internet

Other 3 - Livestream Graduation ‌Statewide celebratory events beginning in Buffalo and concluding on Long Island mark SUNY Empire State College’s 44th annual commencement.

Approximately 3,300 associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees, as well as many undergraduate and graduate certificates, will be conferred on the class of 2016.

In keeping with the college’s long-standing tradition, graduate and undergraduate students will provide commencement remarks at each of the college’s eight events.

For the first time, all of this year’s events will be streamed live via the Internet at www.esc.edu/esc-tv.

Did you know at Empire State College:

  • The first graduating class in 1972 had 3 students.
  • The 2016 graduating class will have about 3300.
  • The first president, Dr. James W. Hall set up an endowed scholarship for students.
