Students often wonder how they will gain experience for a career in the field they are studying or a promotion at a company where they’re currently employed.  Internships are an excellent way to gain valuable career experience while pursuing your degree!  SUNY Empire State College helps provide many resources to students who are interested in pursuing an internship.  Some of these resources are:

Purple Briefcase:  SUNY Empire State College’s job posting system for students and alumni.

InternShop:  Collaborative project of SUNY and the NYS Business Council, which has paid internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students throughout New York State.  Contact Anita DeCianni-Brown for the access code.
