Welcome to Student Health 101

Student Health 101 is an e-magazine that is now available for the Empire State College community. This online publication has many articles, videos, and resources to help live a healthy life. The articles are written by wellness experts in their fields, and some articles have been written by the Empire State College community in this personalized edition of Student Health 101. The Health and Wellness Initiative has been working tirelessly to bring this opportunity to all of the Empire State College students, faculty and staff!
As this publication is online, the technology has been built so you can zoom in, pan across, and even activate external links right from the articles. The supplemental videos attached to articles can be viewed in the same screen, without ever leaving the page that you are currently reading. Sharing on social media is quick and easy if you think your Twitter followers or Facebook friends would benefit from seeing the article, posting is as simple as a click of an icon. The technology has been built for ease of use and accessibility.
