Empire State College Office of Veteran and Military Education (OVME) has served military students since 1971. The college offers:
- undergraduate degrees and graduate degrees as well as undergraduate certificates and graduate certificates
- pre-application advising and an evaluated educational plan at no charge
- credit for college-level learning gained through military training, standardized exams and other life experience.
The Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe, M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020 requires educational institutions to make certain disclosures to students using federal military and/or VA educational benefits.
