The Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership (NCPDLP) was developed by the Navy to support sailors' mobile-lifestyle and the growing need for access to higher education while at home or deployed. As a partnership school, Empire State College offers 16 NCPDLP approved degree programs designed to meet the educational needs of sailors based on their military training and their educational goals. Sailors of all rates are able to enroll in any of the approved degree programs.
Empire State College works with military students to maximize transfer credit including ACE recommended credit for military training and credits for standardized exams. Empire State College is regionally accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. We are a long time member of DANTES, Servicemembers Opportunity College (SOC) and the SOCNAV network.
