Advanced, or graduate, certificates are designed to provide focused study to support a particular career interest. Certificates are offered online and can be completed as an individual credential or incorporated into a related master's degree for those meeting the program admission requirements. Submit an application for admission during our Application Review period.
The certificate programs offer:
- online course flexibility
- advising by the certificate program coordinator
- four courses (12 credits) unless otherwise noted
- fall, spring, or summer starts for new students
- summer 8-week or 15-week terms
Apply for a Graduate Certificate Program
Current Master's Degree Students
If you are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program, you may add an advanced certificate to your current degree program by completing the online application and paying the nonrefundable $50 orientation fee.
To apply for a graduate certificate program, please complete an online application, pay the nonrefundable $50 orientation fee and have an official transcript sent directly from the institution that awarded your bachelor's degree.
