July 31, 1:45 PM: (1) Interent and phone service at the Nanuet location has been temporarily restored, however intermittent disruptions are expected through out the remainder of the day. ITS is aware of the issue and in contact with the vendors. A permanent resolution is expected Monday, August 3rd. (2) The Moodlerooms Semi-Annual Upgrade was completed but the issue with Mahara continues. At this time all Mahara Assignments are unavailable and users attempting to access these assignments will receive an error message. ITS is working with the vendor to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
