The mission of Student Accounts is to provide the best possible customer service to students, alumni, faculty, and staff. We process payments and third-party sponsorships, generate students' bills, disburse all financial aid funds and issue financial aid refunds, and audit students' accounts prior to graduation. We strive to accomplish these tasks in an efficient, accurate, and responsive manner that is consistent with the mission of Empire State College.
